helpful staff clean hotel many choices quieter area

the staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. the hotel was clean. breakfast had many choices for everyone. the location made it easy to explore the city and was in a quieter area.

the rooms seemed a bit outdated.

Really good Stay, Highly Recommended

metro station helpful staff daily service air conditioning

I spent four nights here. The hotel is close to the metro station. Only two stops take you to Stephansplatz. Prater park and the Vienna wheel are a short walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were serviced daily and kept super clean. There was a safe and fridge in my room. good air conditioning.

I found that the breakfast was a bit expensive for what was offered.

lack of tea monotonous breakfast

I wasn't thrilled that there was no tea or coffee in the room. also. the breakfast was okay, but it was the same every day. a little variety would be appreciated. We loved the location. but the breakfast was a bit boring!

public transport breakfast choice

the location was fantastic , close to public transport. i especially liked the proximity to the metro. breakfast offered many choices , a real delight each morning , but the location of the hotel was very close to a metro station.

The breakfast included many choices and the staff cleared plates quickly. My room had very comfortable beds , and I slept well.
